We ship directly to your local to hub for the safety of your animal. Must be received by you within one hour of the documented arrival time. Ship to home voids the Live Arrival Guarantee. In the unlikely event that your animal arrives deceased you must send pictures and video with 15 minutes of the time of pick up. 

We offer a 14 day health guarantee. Your animal must be seen by a licensed Reptile Veterinarian with any potential concerns you may have for the guarantee to be valid within that time frame. At that time we will evaluate the situation and issue a refund for the cost of the animal, not shipping, and the animal must be returned to us. Once the animal has been returned and in our care, we will initiate the refund. 

Shipping Bearded Dragons can cause stress and a parasite imbalance which is normal and can be confirmed with a fecal test and treatment should you see possible symptoms. We do not issue refunds for this or pay for treatment of parasites. 

Shipping is stressful for your dragon and they will potentially arrive upset and darker in color than photographed due to the stress. Put your dragon directly in it's new enclosure and allow to bask and adjust. Some dragons will adjust quickly, others take time to acclimate to their new surroundings and this is unique to each dragon and normal.
